  We been there and they refused to do bulk bill diagnosis because they measured the baby as "more than 12 weeks" even though all evidences showing the baby still 11weeks 4 days. Then they offer some other checks (which other doctors and facilities refer it as old and totally unnecessary checks) for next week which definitely out of the 12 weeks bulk bill range. If you don't want to take bulk bill, please state it, but don't make a lie to charge ppl with unnecessary costs
